This is my 11th visit to Philadelphia since January, and I've stayed at many facilities. However, I've chosen Fairfield for my last three. It does not have all the bells and whistles as a lot of other hotels, but the staff there more than makes up for that. Every staff member that I was in contact with provided me with outstanding customer service, especially the front desk crew. The place is clean and very comfortable. I will continue to go back there because of their incredible customer service.

Clean, great all over staff along with complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. The biggest plus is the kind graciousness of the staff from the front desk (especially Diana! ⭐️) to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping, as well as their patience answering questions and providing transport suggestions to the city center. Complimentary Lyft to/from the airport is a plus.. Good Chobani yogurt and a Bigelow tea selection at the complimentary breakfast rather than that cheap and tasteless Lipton brand. Would I stay there again and recommend this location to others? Absolutely!

It was good for one night's stay. Very clean, beds were definitely comfortable, ac worked great, the room was plenty big, etc. It's a little expensive though.

Beautiful hotel less than 10 minutes drive to Philadelphia airport. Everything was fine, the bed was so comfortable just like am at home. Wished I was not traveling, would have loved to stay some more. Would definitely stay there again by God’s grace.

Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Good location. Good simple breakfast ( since I'm not big for breakfast) . Even have streaming apps on Tv! I would recommend this place to my friends. And definitely will book again for future plans!

staff was very helpful in ordering me a Lyft driver in the morning. Breakfast area was very clean and well stocked and maintained.

Cookies are "To-Die-For"! Loving breakfast bar extras. Complimentary Lyft is a nice touch.

The bed was very comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. I really enjoyed the relaxing hot shower also.

Lots of flights were cancelled at the airport last night, and the hotel got a late night crowd. The two gentleman working the front desk were exceptional. Friendly, efficient, super helpful. During the night I had to change a Lyft ride with another flight change, and the desk clerk overnight was friendly and also so helpful.
