Clean, great all over staff along with complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle. The biggest plus is the kind graciousness of the staff from the front desk (especially Diana! ⭐️) to the breakfast attendant to housekeeping, as well as their patience answering questions and providing transport suggestions to the city center. Complimentary Lyft to/from the airport is a plus.. Good Chobani yogurt and a Bigelow tea selection at the complimentary breakfast rather than that cheap and tasteless Lipton brand. Would I stay there again and recommend this location to others? Absolutely!

This is my 11th visit to Philadelphia since January, and I've stayed at many facilities. However, I've chosen Fairfield for my last three. It does not have all the bells and whistles as a lot of other hotels, but the staff there more than makes up for that. Every staff member that I was in contact with provided me with outstanding customer service, especially the front desk crew. The place is clean and very comfortable. I will continue to go back there because of their incredible customer service.

Wandadavis

I accidentally locked my bathroom door shut from the inside in the middle of the night, and was very panicked because I couldn’t access my contact lenses (and of course none of us could use the bathroom!). Abraham at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful — he figured out a way to unlock the door from the outside in another vacant room, and then was able to discreetly fix our door without disturbing my travel companions’ sleep. I’m so grateful for his quick thinking and calm demeanor.

the gym devices were modern and new. beds were super comfy with the mattresses not too soft. the reception guy was so kind to offer us the parking for free as we agreed to register to the Mariott rewards program. location is convenient being close to the airport and around only 20 min from city center.

Everyone RAvED about the breakfast The gym looked good BuT only had one mat (which was being used) & one set of 10lb weights (which where being used) so that was a challenge & bummer Abraham at the front desk was helpful & had a big line of folks & handled it sweetly
